Review by hotel critic
During my recent visit to Mount Royal in Banff, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary experience offered by the Silverwater Grill & Lounge. As a landscape photographer always on the lookout for hidden gems, I found the new rooftop lounge with its outdoor hot tubs and stunning mountain views to be the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the Rockies. The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, and the menu at Silverwater Grill & Lounge truly impressed me. I indulged in their diverse selection of snacks, small plates, and contemporary cocktails at Brazen. The seasonally inspired Canadian fare was a delightful nod to the local flavors, providing a taste of old-world charm in a modern setting.Exploring Banff's dining options, I stumbled upon a plethora of culinary delights within walking distance, from cozy cafes to upscale dining spots. The proximity to restaurants like Tony Roma's, Eddie Burger & Bar, and Coyote's Southwestern Grill made it convenient to savor a variety of cuisines during my stay.
